Olelo Captioned Calls is an FCC-certified service lets you make and receive phone calls with instant live captions. It's free for qualified users with hearing loss!

It's super easy to get started with Olelo:

After you install the app, just go through the simple signup form to create an account. You can now start making captioned phone calls!

You'll receive a new Olelo phone number for incoming calls, or you can optionally have all calls to your usual mobile phone number forwarded to Olelo for captioning. You'll also have quick access to your saved contacts, and can dial and receive calls from any phone number, just like your regular phone.

Olelo provides instant live captions of your entire conversation (both sides!), and all captions are generated by state-of-the-art AI speech recognition for maximum speed, accuracy, and privacy.

Olelo works anywhere you have good WiFi or mobile data service.

After signup, please click "Allow" or "OK" when asked to grant permissions to the Olelo app.

FEDERAL LAW PROHIBITS ANYONE BUT REGISTERED USERS WITH HEARING LOSS FROM USING INTERNET PROTOCOL (IP) CAPTIONED TELEPHONES WITH THE CAPTIONS TURNED ON.
